I am obviously not a chef. What I am is, admittedly, a great cook. Normally when I want to cook something new I will look up a recipe or four and combine them to create what I want. Then sometimes I come across a recipe that I have never been able to change because it is that perfect. This is one of those. Tonight I made the Pioneer Woman’s Lasagna. Which she calls the Best Lasagna Ever which is actually great way to describe it, because it is my Best Ever. I never need to change a single thing about this to make it delicious, I have only ever swapped out the beef for turkey. Both ways work out. I am telling you this is a go-to recipe in my book.

Right off the top of my head there are two other blog recipes I use as go-tos. I will post those as well soon.

I have been telling you people how good this lasagna is.
Great. Now I want lasagna. (Also, WordPress has me as marymelts which is weird … marycooks must have been taken?)

You are the one who first introduced me to the PW and this lasagna! I have made it too many times to count and it is always phenomenal.
